WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU EXCEPT?

We except cash or all bank cards excluding American express unfortunately we do not except cheques.

WHAT EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS DO THE STAFF HAVE?

All of our therapists at Soul to Sole are highly qualified and also specialise in specific treatments. We pride ourselves on our ongoing training whether it be in house additional training, refresher courses or learning new skills we feel this is an absolutely necessary part of our career to keep up to date with our ever evolving and expanding industry.

DO YOU HAVE REGULAR SPECIAL OFFERS OR LOYALTY SYSTEMS?

DO YOU OFFER HOME CARE PRODUCTS AND AFTER-CARE FOR MY TREATMENTS?

We believe your treatment is not complete until we have gone through after-care this could be a treatment plan, products or an alternative treatment but it will only ever be what your therapist feels strongly is right for you to begin a journey to where you wish to be.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE HAD ANY KIND OF BEAUTY TREATMENT?

You don't have to worry about a thing. Our professional and discreet therapists will always do their up most to put you at ease and make you feel welcome they will also conduct a consultation with you prior to your first treatment so any adjustments can be made to suit your needs.

I'M NOT SURE WHICH TREATMENT IS RIGHT FOR ME?

We are always happy to hold a free no obligation consultation for all of our treatments this can be done through emails, telephone or by coming into the salon to meet the team first.

DO I NEED TO GIVE AN ADVANCE WARNING OF MEDICAL CONDITIONS?

Yes you should always make the salon aware of anything you are under medical supervision for when booking treatments this should also be mentioned again during your consultation before your treatment so that your treatment can be adjusted to suit your needs and ensure you get the best treatment possible.

WHAT DO YOU DO TO PREVENT ALLERGIC REACTIONS?

We offer free patch tests of all products used during treatments should you feel it necessary and only takes a few minuets of your time. Please also be aware there are some treatments we cannot perform if you have not had the required patch test this is for your own safety and well-being.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We ask you give us a minimum of 48hrs cancellation notice, should you give less than 48hrs you will be charged up to 50% of the treatment cost and should you fail to attend an appointment you will still be required to pay the full treatment cost and may be asked to pay in advance for future appointments. This is necessary to protect self employed staff who can not earn money if they are not working so we ask you be as courteous as possible if you can no longer keep an appointment.

WHAT IS THE SALON DRESS CODE FOR CLIENTS?

We recommend you wear loose fitting and comfortable clothing, we advise you do not wear your best clothing or underwear as we feel its best to allow the products to soak in for as long as possible meaning oils and cream may come into contact with your clothing, please also leave jewellery at home where possible.
